We are aware of how important your pets are to you because we share the same deep love and compassion towards our own beloved pets; some of which you just may see when you stop by our facility.
Our dog boarding starts at $47 per night for a Petite Suite (3ft x 6ft, 1 dog) and $57 per night for a King Suite (4ft x 6ft, 1 dog). Multi-dog families can share a King Suite starting at $83/night for 2 dogs, or our spacious President’s Suite at $93/night for 2 large or 3 small dogs. Every stay includes daily supervised play and exercise sessions in our outdoor play areas, feedings per your instructions, medication administration if needed, and a complimentary report card for stays of 3 nights or more. Active teachers, military, law enforcement, and fire and rescue personnel receive a 10% discount.

Yes! Cat boarding is one of our most popular services. Your feline friend will stay in a cozy five-story cat condo designed for comfort and security. Every stay includes daily play and exercise time with kitty towers and scratching posts in our dedicated cat playroom, feedings per your instructions, medication administration at no extra charge, and soothing classical music played throughout the day and night. Cat boarding starts at $36 per night for 1 cat, or $52 per night for 2 cats sharing a condo. For safety, we only allow one cat out in the playroom at a time, and our staff is trained to recognize early warning signs of feline health issues.
All dogs must be current on Rabies, DHLPP (Distemper-Parvo), and Bordetella (kennel cough). We also highly recommend the Canine Influenza vaccine (H3N2 & H3N8). Vaccines must be administered a minimum of 14 days prior to your dog’s stay. All dogs and cats must also be covered by a current flea and tick prevention program. For cats, we require Rabies and FVRCP (Feline Distemper), with the Feline Leukemia vaccine highly recommended.
Our dog daycare provides a structured social environment where your dog can exercise, play, and socialize throughout the day. Dogs are placed into playgroups matched by size, temperament, and energy level, and they enjoy 5–6 supervised group and potty time sessions daily. Between play sessions, dogs rest in their individual rooms. Daycare is available Monday through Friday with drop-off between 7:00 AM and 6:45 PM. Single-day daycare is $38, but our packages offer significant savings — from $33/day with our 10-day package down to just $23.70/day with our 50-day package.
Getting started is easy! First, complete our new pet registration through our Pet Portal. Next, we’ll schedule a complimentary Trial Day for your dog, which is required for all new dogs due to the socialized nature of our program. The trial day lets us assess your dog’s temperament and find the right playgroup match. After a successful trial, you can book reservations online through our Pet Portal or by calling us at 407-737-0774. For cats, no trial day is required — simply register through the portal and schedule your reservation.
Yes, we offer boarding over all major holidays including Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Easter. Holiday reservations are prioritized for our existing clients. A 3-night minimum stay and a $50 non-refundable deposit are required for all major holiday reservations, and an additional $30 per-pet holiday surcharge applies. We recommend booking holiday stays at least one month in advance. New clients will be placed on a waitlist, so we encourage you to join our family well before the holiday season.

Yes, our trained staff can administer most routine medications for both dogs and cats at no additional charge. We ask that you organize all medications and supplements in a clearly labeled pill organizer before drop-off. For pets with more serious medical conditions or complex medication regimens, we evaluate on a case-by-case basis — please contact us before booking. We also partner with several local veterinarians for emergency situations.
Bring your dog’s food (pre-bagged and labeled for each meal), a blanket from home for comfort and familiar scent, any medications in a labeled pill organizer, a few favorite treats (no rawhides), and 2–3 toys maximum. Please bring your pet on a leash for safety. You do NOT need to bring a bed — we provide comfortable Kuranda cot beds in every suite. We also supply stainless steel food bowls. If your dog runs out of food, we can provide house food for $3 per meal.
